The "User Response" Field is expected as this is a default value we provide to Zapier just for testing. Because we don't store any of your form responses, we can't provide actual form responses to test the Zapier connection with your actual form values.
If you aren't sure, the best thing is to make the zap live and test it - the result should use the expected form value.
