Absolutely! We offer a 7 day obligation-free trial where you can test out the full functionality of Forms.

While no credit card is required, we recommended selecting a plan and checking out to avoid any disruption. Your card will be authorised, but not charged until your trial is complete and you are happy to keep using Forms in your workspace.

A field is any input on your Form. For example, if you wanted to capture a respondent's name, email and a report - that would be three fields. 

We support a wide variety of fields which you can see listed on our help page.

A response is simply anytime someone completes and submits one of your forms. If the form is not completed or there is any issue with the submission, it is not included in your response total for the month.

Each of our plans has a limit on the number of responses available each month. A response is anytime someone successfully submits a form. 

The number of responses your team has each month resets on the 1st of each month UTC time.

As is standard, our billing is all post-paid meaning you pay for the upcoming month(s).

When you place your first order, we will authorize payment. Once your trial period is finished, if you have chosen to continue we will capture the payment. 

Monthly subscriptions will be processed on the same date each month. 
Quarterly subscriptions will be processed on the same date every three months. 
Annual subscriptions will be processed on the same date every 12 months.

By default, any forms you create are visible to other people in your team. 

In our Advanced plan, you have the option of making the form only visible to you. This means that no one else can view or edit your form.

No. We do not charge based on the size of your workspace, or the number of people in your team. 

This can make Forms an economical option for large and small teams alike!

Some of our plans are based on the number of responses, so we would suggest larger teams consider the Pro plan and above.

You can indeed. If you're subscribed to our Pro plan you have access to our Zapier integration which allows you to send your Form responses to 3,000+ apps including Google Sheets, Slack and more.

We do offer discounts for non-profits and other great organisations. This is on a case by case basis.

If you would like to apply for a non-profit discount please contact us with some details about your organisation. 

Unfortunately we do not offer manual payment options such as ACH, bank transfer or SWIFT payments at this time. 

These manual payment options require additional time and processing to reconcile, and don't work well with many of our billing and account services.

Yes. Each time your subscription is renewed the account owner will be emailed an order confirmation including a downloadable PDF invoice. 

The account owner is the email used at checkout. 

If you need to update your information, you can do so in your account. Your account owner email can be updated by by contacting us.

No. You are welcome to pay monthly or annually, and to change your subscription at any time. 

We use your team's unique Slack ID to help identify your team for billing and support purposes. The best way to find your Slack team ID is to log into Slack in a browser like Chrome. You will see a 6 digit code starting with T. This is your Slack team ID. 

If you don't know your team ID, don't worry. Once you've installed the Forms app, we can usually find this for you based on your Slack workspace name.

Unfortunately there is no way for us to include the price of the Forms subscription as part of your Slack bill. 

If you've mistakenly purchased Forms or forgot to cancel during your trial we are happy to refund within 72 hours of purchase. 

If you live in a mandatory refund policy area, or need to discuss a unique circumstance please contact us. 

We always try to be compassionate and use common sense when it comes to billing. If you clearly haven't used the app we're happy to work with you to organise appropriate action.

Removing the Forms app from your Slack workspace (either by removing as a user, or uninstalling as an administrator) will not auto-cancel your Slack Forms subscription. 

This is largely due to the fact that other people in your workspace may also be using Forms, and removing an app from Slack does not always completely uninstall it.

To cancel your Forms subscription you will need to log in to your account and cancel your subscription under "Manage subscriptions".

If you have any questions or issues removing Forms or cancelling your subscription, you can contact us and our team can assist.

Don't worry, your Forms will remain active and you will received a failed payment alert. 

We will retry payment every 24 hours. If after 3 failed payment attempts, we still are unable to process your order, then your subscription will be automatically cancelled. 

Of course. You can cancel, switch or re-activate your subscription or payment method at any time in your account under "manage subscriptions". 

If you haven't accessed your account before, we would recommend using the "Forgot password" button to activate your account.
