Radio Input

A radio input that allows the responder to tick one value from a list of items that the form builder provides during creation.
As opposed to the checkbox input, radio inputs can have only one item selected.
The items for the radio buttons are added as comma separated values. For example, to create a group of radio buttons that contains the options:
- Blue
- Red
- Yellow
During form creation, enter your options as:
Blue, Red, Yellow
Radio inputs can not be used with Zapier at this time.
Options:
- Title: The title for the form element
- Optional: If enabled, the responder does not have to complete this input
