Zapier is an automation tool that connects over 3,000+ apps together.

The Forms for Slack Zapier integration takes advantage of Zapier's "Triggers". Any time a form response is submitted, we send that response to any Zaps you have created, including the Form response data. You can then use this response in any of the 3,000+ apps that are connected to Zapier. 

Using Zapier and Forms for Slack together, you can do things like:

• Send form responses to another Slack channel
• Direct message yourself when a form response is submitted
• Create a new Google sheet row with response results
• Email someone with the form responses
