You can easily upgrade your team's plan to increase your maximum monthly form responses or unlock features available in other plans.  

Upgrading your account

1. Log in to your account

If you are managing the subscription for your team, you can access your account at formsforslack.com/account. 

If you have not logged in before, you can create an account. 

To manage your subscriptions without creating an account, select "Manage Subscriptions". 

 2. Manage your subscriptions

Once logged in, select Manage Subscriptions and billing from your account page to access your subscriptions. 

 

 

On the subscription portal click "Manage subscriptions". 

3. Swap your subscription

Select Swap this product for a different one and choose the plan you would like to swap to. You can see a full breakdown of our plans on our pricing page. 

 

New account owner?

If your team has an existing subscription under a different owner, please feel free to contact us so we can switch your plan or contact the previous account owner to ensure you're not paying for multiple subscriptions in the same team.
