Managing form access

If your team is on a plan that supports private forms and managing form access, you can choose who in your Slack team has access to your forms. This will prevent other people on your team from editing forms you have created.

By default, forms are available to anyone on your team. 

If you provide specific access to people in your team, then only they will be able to edit, delete or preview the Form. 

Regardless of who can edit the form, all users in your Slack team will be able to open and submit the form.

To manage your form access:

1. Open the Form's app in Slack to see your Forms
2. Select the overflow menu on the Form you would like to manage access for
3. Select the users that you would like to have access to the form
4. Save
