A datetime input combines both the time and date picker inputs and allows the responder to select both a date and time from a calendar and clock selector respectively.

Options:

• Title: The title for the form element
• Initial date option: If you would like the input to preload with no date, the current date for the responder, or a custom date
• Initial date and time: The initial datetime that the input should be set to
• Optional: If enabled, the responder does not have to complete this input
