Custom Select

A select input that allows the responder to select from a list of custom items that the form builder provides during creation.
The items for the custom select are added as comma separated values. For example, to create a select that contains the options:
- Blue
- Red
- Yellow
During form creation, enter your options as:
Blue, Red, Yellow
The limit for each cusotm select option is 76 characters.
Options:
- Title: The title for the form element
- Max Selections: The maximum number of items the user can choose
- Optional: If enabled, the responder does not have to complete this input
