The channel, user and conversation select inputs will allow form submitters to select from a list of the relevant options. These options are provided by Slack and can be impacted by the access you have to certain channels. 

Channels - Channels within Slack

User - Users within Slack

Conversations - Private group chats

If the conversation you are looking for is not showing in a channel select, it's likely a conversation and you should use a conversation select instead.
